it stands at the top of Plaka hill on the east coast of Antipaxos and looks down a valley of vineyards and pine trees to a small pebble beach below. The walk up from the beach is steep and in well constructed stone steps but in the summer heat it will draw breath from even the fittest.

The Bella Vista Taverna overlooking Voutoumi beach is only 50 meters away from Violetta, via a pathway over the crest of the hill and the path continues down to the sandy beach of Voutoumi: a walk of ten minutes. No other house overlooks Violetta and the views across green hillsides and out to sea enhance the feeling of peaceful seclusion.

Simply yet confortably furnished interiors open out to a covered veranda and a terraced garden of roses beside the pool (8x5 & 0,50 to 2,1 meters depth). A separate courtyard to the rear of the house has an intimate barbecue and dining area.

The house also has a double bedroom with garden and hillside view and a twin bedded one with garden, pool and sea view, an air- conditioned open - plan sitting and dining room area with a well equipped kitchen leading to the sea facing veranda and a bathroom with shower.
